The Problem Shreve Denture Clinic Had Before Working with Us.

Shreve Denture Clinic, taking an active interest in improving their marketing strategy, has recently been investing in their digital marketing to improve their visibility in search engine rankings. After working with YellowPages for many years and not seeing any return on their investment or even positive ranking improvements, Shreve reached out to SEOBANK (hey, that’s us!) to step in and take the reins.

The partnership with YellowPages focused heavily on paid advertising, consuming a significant amount of their marketing budget. After some time, Kristen Shreve DD remarked that their paid advertising was not returning the (highly) anticipated and promised lead results – especially considering the amount of money invested through time.

Despite not seeing results, Shreve continued to renew the contract with YellowPages in the hope they could enhance the relationship, and make the paid advertising work as intended. Many questions were asked about the performance – or lack thereof – especially when the time to renew the contract came around. Unfortunately for Shreve, YellowPages couldn’t provide clear answers as to why their marketing efforts weren’t being adequately rewarded.

This lack of transparency and clarity caused frustrations for Shreve, as they were not seeing business grow, SEO results or even getting any answers. The clinic’s digital presence wasn’t growing as expected, and their Google rankings were actually staying flat, with no increase in traffic or rank positions. Not ideal, especially as Shreve was hoping to attract new prospective patients in their local area, which was not even an option with YellowPages for Local SEO optimization.

After Shreve ended the contract with YellowPages, they reached out to us and our SEO services team to help get them out of the rut they’d found themselves in. Our approach was centered around implementing a strategic local and organic SEO ranking strategy to enhance Brand visibility, and ultimately pulling in way more organic traffic.

Local SEO Optimization

Before we began putting things in place, we conducted a comprehensive GMB audit of Shreve’s Google my Business profile, identifying areas where the competition was outranking us in the local map pack, and how to enhance the profile so we could significantly improve performance. This included looking at their Main Category, Reviews, Services, Photos, and NAP (name, address, phone number) listings, and local citations. 

A little more on Google My Business in just a moment, but by ensuring consistency with NAP listings, it’s much easier for both people and search engines to find you – especially those in your local area. Consistency with NAP data across various directories ensures that search engines are correctly associating all this information with your business. Appearing in local directories also provides another opportunity to make more direct sales online, and links they provide are an added benefit to the Local SEO campaign.

Google Business Profile

Google My Business (GMB) might seem like a minor player in lead generation, but it can significantly boost sales. When we think of search, what comes to mind is the top ten links that show up in page one of Google’s search results. However, we prioritize local map pack rankings and direct calls, for all clients we work with. We also optimize for other search engines like… Bing, Yahoo, and Apple Maps.

We have to ensure the client’s GMB profile is optimized for local search. The chart on the right illustrates the success we had with Shreve Denture Clinic’s listing. They’ve become much more visible in local search results and within Google’s map pack and as a result have had a record year in sales for 2024, with new denture patients booked daily.

In this Google My Business report, Shreve saw a 84% increase in direct calls, and 12% increase in driving direction requests within a 6 month timeline.

Setting up your Google My Business profile goes beyond just your contact info and website URL. It can also act as a beacon for prospective customers by creating GMB posts about your company online (Events, Sales, and Informational Posts). An easy way to show prospects that your business is active and thriving is through receiving regular reviews and posting new photos along with other traffic signals like setting driving directions to the business location. 

We went the extra mile, and produced “Local Landing Pages” to increase Shreve’s service area footprint online by targeting nearby Cities  who would also be in need of expert denture care. 

Expert Written Blog Content

Content & Blog Development

To enhance a search engine’s understanding of Shreve Denture Clinic (Topical Authority) and its services, we created expert-written blog content. This content directly addresses potential and ideal clients, using clear and concise language.

By optimizing the content for specific keywords or search terms, we target topics of interest that may not be covered elsewhere on the clinic’s website. While SEO is crucial, all content is ultimately designed to be informative and helpful to denture patients. The blog content is part of our On-page SEO service, which focuses on optimizing specific pages to rank higher for relevant keywords and the People Also Ask sections in Google which often results in more Rich Snippets for the Clinic.

Following the SEO plan, we conducted thorough keyword research and collaborated with Shreve Denture Clinic to identify core denture topics. These topics focused on denturist services and were organized using a topical authority map. The key aim of the content strategy was to both educate and engage site visitors, improving organic rankings, and effectively demonstrate that Shreve Denture Clinic is reliable and reputable, as well as positioning them as the #1 Denture Clinic in Leamington, and the surrounding Essex County area.

Performance Tracking & Analytics

A critical part of any campaign: How can you measure performance without tracking and analytics? After dissolving the partnership with YellowPages, Shreve didn’t see any growth performance back from their campaigns, as I was able to show them real data on lack keyword growth or sales results. 

To track progress and ensure success, we implemented a detailed reporting system to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Shreve Denture Clinic set ambitious sales targets for our team, which we successfully achieved.

This success was driven by our consistent focus on ensuring all SEO campaigns were on track and delivering the expected results month after month.
